Mike Policastro

Mike Policastro has over 4 decades of management experience in acquisitors, sales, mergers, perpetuation and agency management. His experience includes:
- Division Head at Travelers responsible for agency consulting, financing, perpetuation and agency compensation
- Head of the Plaza Company a national brokerage owned by Travelers
- President and Managing Partner of Palmer Goodell Companies a multi-state agency
Senior Vice President of BMG Consulting Inc, a subsidiary of the Hartford - Director and Executive committee member of Assurex Development Corp., a subsidiary of Assurex Global
Mike is a past board member of the New England Family Business Forum, CT Small Business Development Center (SBA), he also authored the US Small Business Introduction to Strategic Planning.
Joe Wik

In 2023, Joe was honored with inclusion in the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts’ (NACVA) prestigious 30 Under 30 list, which highlights outstanding young financial consultants nationwide. Prior to his role at PW&Co., Joe held key strategic leadership positions at Cigna, including roles in the Operations Leadership Development Program. During his time at Cigna, Joe played a pivotal role in various significant projects, such as developing the operations integration strategy for the acquisition of Express Scripts, leading the redesign of Enterprise Provider Operations, and spearheading Cigna Healthplan’s Digital Transformation strategy. His efforts also resulted in securing substantial investments for the company's largest innovation initiatives to date. Joe is a distinguished alumnus of the University of Hartford, where he obtained his MBA, and Fairfield University, where he graduated at the top of his class in the Dolan School of Business Finance Program. Beyond his professional achievements, Joe actively contributes to his community and church, currently serving as Chairman of his parish’s school board of directors.
